SUMMARY AND RECOMMENDATION TrainND WORKFORCE TRAINING BUSINESS PLANS, FY 2012 and FY 2013 SUMMARY Chapter 52-08 of the North Dakota Century Code states that each of the four North Dakota University System institutions assigned primary responsibility for WORKFORCE TRAINING in North Dakota (Bismarck State College, Lake Region State College, North Dakota State College of Science, and Williston State College) shall prepare an annual WORKFORCE TRAINING business plan. The plans are prepared based on input from WORKFORCE TRAINING advisory boards, established according to legislative requirements and SBHE Policy The plans include a funding component which is subject to SBHE approval. The consolidated business plan document opens with an overall context for WORKFORCE TRAINING in North Dakota, including TrainND s mission, history, analysis of statewide WORKFORCE trends, performance measures, and combined budget.
