TEACHER AIDES/PARAPROFESSIONALS ADMINISTRATIVE GUIDELINES STATEMENT: If paraprofessionals choose to take and pass a rigorous state or local test to meet the No Child Left Behind (NCLB) requirements, they may choose from the following options: Earning a qualifying score on the Parapro test developed by Educational Testing Services. A qualifying score is 464 or a score of 460 if the individual completing the test has received a minimum of three years of effective evaluations within the Citrus County School District. Completing the Meeting the Standards for paraprofessionals A Research Based Approach (MSP) course and passing the MSP assessment with a minimum score of 70.
