Learning is a complex construct that is difficult to define. Most definitions of learning describe it as a relatively permanent change in behavior or ability in response to practice or experience (Shuell, 1986). Learning outcomes show a significant relationship with success in the initial phase of gradates’ careers (Vermeulen and Schmidt, 2008).
