Examples are included for many of these Techniques . ! Some of the examples use the Stable32 program [SW-6], which is a commercially-available tool for understanding and performing Frequency Stability analyses. ! Two good general references for this subject are NIST Technical Note 1337 [G-16] and a tutorial paper at the 1981 FCS [G-9].
