1. THE MADRAS METROPOLITAN DEVELOPMENT authority . SERVICE REGULATIONS, 1980. SECTION-I. PRELIMINARY. In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (c) of sub-section (2) of section 124 of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) the MADRAS METROPOLITAN DEVELOPMENT authority with the previous approval of the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following regulations in respect of the officers and servants of the said Planning authority . 1. Short title - These regulations may be called the MADRAS METROPOLITAN DEVELOPMENT authority Service Regulations, 1980.
