THE METALLIFEROUS MINES regulations , 1961 337, dated the 18th October, 1960 In exercise of the powers conferred by section 57 of the MINES , Act, 1952 (35 of 1952), the Central Government hereby makes the following regulations , the same having been previously published as required by sub-section (1) of section 59 of the said Act. Chapter I. Preliminary 1. Short title, extend and applications (1) These regulations may be called the METALLIFEROUS MINES regulations , 1961 .
