THE MINES RESCUE RULES, 1985. 325 (E) the 29th March, Whereas the draft of the MINES RESCUE Rules, 1984 was published as required by sub-section (1) of section 59 of the MINES Act, 1952 (35 of 1952), in the Gazette of India Extraordinary Par- II Section 3- Sub-section (I) dated ;the 3rd July 1984 under the notification of the Government of India in the then Ministry of Labour and Rehabilitation (Department of Labour) No. 492(E) dated the 3rd July, 1984, inviting objections or suggestions from all persons likely to be affected thereby, till the expiry of a period of three months from the date of publication of the said notification in the Official Gazette;. And whereas the said Gazette was made available to the public on the 3rd July, 1984;.
