The Otsego Town Board held a public hearing and regular monthly meeting on the 11th day of March 2015 at the Town Building in Fly Creek, NY at 7:00 PM. Town Board Members Present: Anne Geddes-Atwell Supervisor Thomas Hohensee Councilperson Bennett Sandler Councilperson Carina Franck Councilperson Also Present: John Schallert Highway Superintendent Michelle Kennedy Town Attorney Pamela Deane Town Clerk Supervisor Geddes-Atwell called the public hearing to order and read the public Notice that was published in the Oneonta Daily Star on February 26th announcing and explaining the purpose of tonight's public hearing . The floor was then open for comments. Howard William Michaels, Vice President and co-owner of the Fly Creek Cider Mill and Orchard, read a prepared statement.
