Few active men realize the responsibility for the futurewell-being of our Fraternity which rests upon the undergraduatemembers. New men are chosen by the undergraduates; new men aretaught the lessons of our Fraternity by the undergraduates; and newmen perceive the ceremony of initiation from their classmates, that hour there is to be inculcated in the minds of the ini-tiates a rule of life that has its foundation in the philosophies oftime philosophies that
