Individuals with ASD often suffer from comorbid psychiatric disorders such as anxiety and depression. Findings suggest that patients with ASD might benefit from Cognitive - behavioral therapy (CBT). However, research also highlight that adaptations in CBT are needed in order for more efficient Treatment of ASD.
