However, the effective use of this legislation is possible only through awareness generations among the masses. A large chunk of Government work force is still in the dark about the provisions and effectiveness of the statute. While TRAINING intervention is certainly not a panacea to this problem, we believe regular TRAINING programmes will create awareness among the people.
