Transmission Economic Assessment Methodology (TEAM)
Nov 02, 2017 · The CAISO will primarily rely on ISO ratepayer perspective when evaluating the economic viability of a potential transmission upgrade since cost covering of transmission upgrades is collected from the ratepayers by the TAC. Additionally, the societal perspective is applied as a test for the benefit of the whole WECC region.
