MIIC Immunization Record The MIIC Immunization Record that is sent to you contains all the Immunization information that MIIC has available at the time it is requested. There are four sections in the Record : Demographic Information, Immunization History, Immunizations Comments, and Immunizations Recommended. Demographic Information Immunization History The Immunization History section of the Record shows your Immunization history. It includes all immunizations submitted by providers that exchange Immunization data with MIIC.
