This Version keeps most of the original document intact with the exception of changes to one focus area. The focus area formerly called Duty Hours, Fatigue Management, and Mitigation is now called Well-being and has evolved to address four interrelated topics: work/life balance, fatigue, burnout, and support of those at risk of or demonstrating self-harm.
