Fundamentals of Electronics Written on October 3rd, 2016 PSPICE Student Version Installation Guide for Windows 10 Computers 1. Download the executable file from BlackBoard titled . 2. Create a directory in the C:\ drive to store all Installation files. For example, C: \Users\your_username\Downloads\Programs\ (you can put the directory any other place you d like). Move the executable file into this directory. 3. Run the executable file. It will ask you to unzip the contents somewhere. Unzip the contents into the directory you created earlier ( , C:\Users\your_username\Downloads\Program s\ ). 4. Before moving forward, make sure that you have disabled any security software that you have installed on your computer. As you will see in the Installation wizard, you are prompted to disable security software before installing PSPICE and OrCAD Capture products.
