• Traction – +/- need to significantly recreate the deformity • Especially in pediatric pts • Immobilization = Sugar tong splint with 3 point mold • Pediatric – Splint Cast with nonop mgnt • Adult – Almost always surgical thus temporizing until ORIF -Splint around distal humerus to provide rotational control
