Grievance Resolution Procedure 5.1 Steps in the grievance resolution procedure Resolving a grievance may involve up to 5 stages. Lack of resolution at one stage becomes the trigger for referral to the next stage. At any stage of the process the complainant may have the support of a union representative, legal representative or support person.
