Jun 11, 2020 · • Chain-of-custody documents shall be filled out and remain with the samples until custody is relinquished. • All shipping documents, such as air bills, bills of lading, etc., shall be retained by the project leader in the project files. (Air bills are generated online via UPS Campusship program and package tracking is done online).
