Request for a Telework Agreement
The employee or supervisor may terminate the telework arrangement with four weeks’ notice. The supervisor may consult with the employee to modify or discontinue the arrangement at any time if there is a negative impact associated with the telework arrangement, including but not limited to productivity, operations, college expenses, etc.
