The Agency Plus and Agency Plus Select loan programs are offered through Fannie Mae’s DU and Freddie Mac’s LPA underwriting options only. The underwriting guidelines allow for various scenarios in evaluating a borrower’s willingness and capacity to repay the mortgage loan.
