“microfinance bank” means an institution licensed under the Microfinance Act, 2006 “money remittance operator” means a company incorporated in Kenya whose main object consists of the acceptance of monies for the purpose of transmitting them to persons resident in Kenya or another country as prescribed by the Bank by regulations;
