United Kingdom Frequency Allocation Table
Under the Wireless Telegraphy Act 2006 it is an offence to establish, install or use a wireless telegraphy station unless under a licence issued by Ofcom or if regulations have been made to exempt the use from the need to hold a licence. This provision does not apply to the use of a television receiver for receiving television programmes.
