No. TU 507 / 20-3-1962 Off: 26613091 / 26607167 42103360 / 26761877 Email: : 30-01-2018 CIRCULAR Members of the AssociationPROPOSAL TO SUBSTANTIALLY ENHANCE FEES FOR REGISTRATIONOF SHOPS AND COMMERCIAL ESTABLISHMENTS IN of the KARNATAKA Shops and Commercial Establishment Actread along with Rule-3 and Rule-3A of the Rules mandate that theregistration of shops and commercial establishments shall be obtainedand also prescribe the fees payable for such registration and renewaldepending upon the number of persons employed. Even if no employeeis employed, registration is and renewal fees were enhanced by the Government ofKarnataka by Notification No. LD 10 LET 2009 dated Therevised fees schedule was circulated for the information of Members videKEA Circular No. 23/2010 dated , the Government have proposed for revision and increase of feespayable for registration and renewal under the Act.
