Cynthia from engineering promised that this project presents no specialproblems and that the schedule (outlined on the back of this memo) will work withoutadjustment. Make sure you address the following issues: Does Cynthia's schedule make sense? Will ourpeople have difficulty accommodating it? Do you foresee any problems that might extend thestart of blade production beyond the finish date projected in Cynthia s schedule? What kinds ofdelays or possible/probable? Please include the following with your evaluation of Cynthia s schedule (based on herrecommended schedule) chart with critical or a table representing the scheduled resource loading for each spreadsheet showing (at a minimum) the activity name, duration, scheduled start andfinish, and individuals working on each activity and their costs. Use your judgment on any otherinformation you showing the project budget--including the cost of each task and the total projectcost. After you have evaluated Cynthia s schedule, address these additional issues: What changes canwe make that will render the bid more accurate?
