1 ATA Carnet Requirements Dear Customer: Prepare the following information and documents before logging in to the ATA Carnets online application. Purpose for which your merchandise or equipment is being temporarily imported to another country (ies). Name(s) of individual(s) responsible for Carnet documents while en route. These are the "Authorized Representatives" and would include any persons or entities that would be presenting your Carnet to customs. *Authorization letter issued by the company authorizing its representatives / agents attested by the relevant authorities Notary Public List of destination countries. List of Countries the goods will be transiting countries that are being passed through en route to a destination Outbound and inbound anticipated modes of transportation. Complete list of merchandise or equipment that will be traveling (including model and serial numbers if applicable).
2 List should include detailed description including model and serial numbers, quantity, value, weight / volume and country of origin. Copy of Invitation / participation letter in case of Exhibitions. *Indemnity letter signed and stamped by an authorized signatory. Passport photocopies of representatives. Commercial Invoice / Supplier s Invoice or any other support documents necessary to verify such Foreign Supplier s Invoice, Foreign Certificate of origin, Bill of Lading, Value , Origin, etc If you are member of other Chamber in the Emirates: recommendation letter from concerned chamber is required plus above mentioned documents.
