Introducing the Care Certificate - UNISON National

The Care Certificate is intended to deliver standardised training on the fundamentals of care – the skills and knowledge needed to work in a quality caring way. Once achieved, the intention is that the Certificate will be recognised by other employers so can be taken with the staff member to new jobs. It covers 15 areas of competency.
