The U.S. Army builds leaders for our Nation. Developing leaders is a competitive advantage the Army possesses that cannot be replaced by technology or substituted for with advanced weaponry and platforms. If we do not develop leaders well we cannot build quality units, design cogent campaigns, or execute effective operations in theater.
