Environmental Compliance Certificate (ECC) Description of the Service: Pursuant to Section 4 of PD 1586 known as ESTABLISHING AN Environmental IMPACT STATEMENT SYSTEM INCLUDING OTHER Environmental MANAGEMENT RELATED MEASURES AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES , Environmental Compliance Certificate (ECC) shall be secured for any such environmentally critical projects Office or Division: Environmental Impact Assessment & Management Division Classification: Highly Technical Type of Transaction: G2G - Government to Government, G2B - Government to Business Who May Avail: Proponent (s) whose project falls under Category A or Environmentally Critical Project (ECP) Types CHECKLIST OF REQUIREMENTS WHERE TO SECURE Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) Report in the form of an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) or Environmental Performance Report and Management Plan (EPRMP) if there is expansion, modification and /or rehabilitation of the project Proponent Proof of compatibility with the existing Land Use Plan, if necessary.

2 Local Government Unit (LGU) Proof of ownership or authority over the project site such as: Transfer Certificate of Title/s (TCTs) Lease Agreement/s Deed of Sale Land Registration Authority (LRA), Land Owners, Proponent Accountability Statements of the proponent and the EIS preparers Proponent and EIA Consultant Photographs or plates of the project site, impact areas, and affected areas and communities Proponent Duly Accomplished Project Environmental Monitoring and Audit Prioritization Scheme (PEMAPS) Questionnaire Proponent Projects with jetty, pier or will utilize foreshore areas.
