Permanent (non-temporary) part-time employees working 20-29 hours per week are eligible for many benefit programs, typically without employer contributions. Participation is excluded in the mandatory retirement plans, the State 401(k). Plan, and disability plans. NCFlex Health Programs As part of the State-sponsored Benefits , the NCFlex State Insurance Plans provide a variety of plans to meet the needs of you and your family.
