CPCS-On AVAILABILITY This UPDATE informed Test Centres and Testers of CITB working on improving its quality of services, which will result in the system not being available from 10am until 4pm on 24 January 2018. 4 7. telescopic HANDLER 360 SLEW CODE A77 This UPDATE informed Test Centres and Testers that following queries for existing A17D card holders, and the CPCS MC decision a letter was issued to all CPCS Operators effected. THEORY TEST QUESTION & ANSWER BANK - This UPDATE informed Test Centres and Testers that due to issues being experienced by Test Centres, the Question & Answer bank has been re- written and is available to use within the CPCS-On Library. 9. TECHNICAL TEST LETTER OF ACHIEVEMENT PERSONALISATION - This UPDATE informed Test Centres and Testers that the letter with personalisation would be available for use from 20 February.

APPOINTMENT OF SECTOR 4 SENIOR QUALITY CONSULTANT - This UPDATE informed Test Centres and Testers of the appointment of Andy Jackson as SQC from 17 September 2018. 11. WHEELED LOADING SHOVEL CODE A21 This UPDATE informed Test Centres and Testers of the results following several queries around the size of machine to be used in the Practical Test. 13. APPOINTMENT OF TECHNICAL DEVELOPER PLANT - This UPDATE informed Test Centres and Testers of the appointment of William Skoyles as Technical Developer Plant from 23 July 2018.

6 14. EXPIRED TESTER CARD HOLDERS - This UPDATE informed Test Centres and Testers that once a Tester's card has expired they will be removed from the Test Centre's approval. 15. CONCRETE PUMP TRAILER MOUNTED CODE A44 - This UPDATE informed Test Centres and Testers of a change to the Standard Practical Test specification. CITB SALE OF CPCS TO NOCN - This UPDATE informed Test Centres and Testers of a link to read the full article linked to the Sale of CPCS to NOCN and confirmed business as usual, with further information being provided in the new year. 17. INTERIM CHANGES TO SECTOR 2 SENIOR QUALITY CONSULTANT - This UPDATE informed Test Centres and Testers of a change to the SQC for Sector 2 from 2 January 2019, as a result of Stuart MacKinnon leaving CPCS.

GENERIC PRACTICAL TEST SIGN OFF SHEET - UPDATED - This UPDATE informed Test Centres and Testers of changes to the sign off sheet to allow additional space for comprehensive feedback and confirmation that the ACoD scripts has been followed. 23. Craig Russell, named contact for Sectors 7, 9 and 12 will be leaving CITB on 12 January. As an interim measure, whilst we recruit for his replacement the remaining named contacts will be responsible for the following sectors: Charlie Skinn 1, 2, 9 and 10. Lorraine Clay 3, 7, 8 and 11. Tara Curry 4, 5, 6 and 12. The phone line options will be updated to reflect these changes with effect from Monday 15. January. A new version of the Contact Information sheet will also be available within the library shortly.

Dear Test Centre UPDATE 157: CPCS-On AVAILABILITY. CPCS-On AVAILABILITY. CITB are working to improve the quality of its services, including CPCS-On , and as part of that work we urgently need to upgrade the system to prevent further unintended interruptions. As a result access to CPCS-On will be removed from 10am until approximately 4pm tomorrow (Wednesday 24 January). This is to allow the server, where CPCS-On is hosted, to be moved to a new environment/supplier.
