Program Schedule Recreation classes will be in session from: Fall: Monday September 30th, 2019 _ Sunday, December 08, 2019. Winter : Thursday, January 2, 2020- Sunday, March 09, 2020. No Refunds! For classes, activity fees or Registration fees. Credit will be made to your household account if a Class or activity is Cancelled by administration. If a Class is Cancelled due to non-payment or requested by the patron, the Registration processing fees carry over and will Remain outstanding in your household account, until is paid in full.

4 Participation in most of the Denny Farrell Riverbank State Park programs and activities requires a Registration fee. Registration fees are not refundable. Please note that some program activities may require an additional fee or daily admission charge. Applicants will be asked to take a number and wait in line until your number is called. Once you register for the Class or classes that you desire, your form will be initialed by the Complex employee and then stamped by the Revenue Office employee at the next station. You can begin making payments for your classes upon receiving your receipt either by email or by mail. All applicants will be required to pay for the Fall Programs by September 29th, 2019.

5 If you are not paid in full by September 29th, 2019, your Registration will be cancelled, and the wail list will be activated. All applicants for the Winter Programs can begin making payments upon receiving your receipt either by email or by mail (unless paid during the Fall Program Registration ). All applicants for the Winter Programs will be required to pay for the Winter Programs by December 30th, 2019. If you are not paid in full by December 30th, 2019 your Registration will be cancelled, and the wait list will be activated, Applicants will only be allowed to register for the members of their household. Some classes/programs may have limited enrollment.

6 2. Under no circumstance will anyone be allowed to participate in programmed activities without first registering and paying the appropriate activity fee. 3. All Registration will be conducted through the Registration process on a First come, First served basis. Parental signature is required for children or youth under the age of 17. 4. Credits for classes or activity fees will not be made unless a Class or activity is canceled by the Administration. Fees and schedules are subject to change. 5. Senior Citizens (62+) and the Physically Challenged can participate in most of the free programs, activities, and classes. They may receive daily discounts or waived admission with appropriate documentation.

All programs, activities and classes for special populations have been audited and determined to be accessible to the Physically Challenged. 9. Denny Farrell Riverbank State Park has NO public parking facilities. 10. Denny Farrell Riverbank State Park reserves the right to dismiss any Class participant due to disruptive and/or unacceptable behavior.

8 Riverbank State Park reserves the right to make last minute schedule and program changes and to close facilities/cancel classes in time of emergency or for safety reasons. Activity fees/memberships will not be pro-rated; therefore, compensation or reimbursement requests will not be honored. SPECIAL NOTICE: **SAMPLE**SAMPLE**SAMPLE**.
