A Photography Permit is required when a photographer is commissioned to perform Photography within the park, or when taking photographs for future sale. Page 2 or 2 The following conditions that must be observed: Pictures, Filming, or weddings are not allowed at or around the Main House, unless the group has reserved that venue through the Friends of Knox Farm State Park . This Permit does not grant exclusive use of any park areas. Public access and movement may not be impeded The Photography /filming will occur in areas normally open to the public. Vehicles may only operate on roads open to the public and must park only in public parking lots. If your scheduled date changes, please let us know. While photographing in the park, if you are approached regarding a Permit you may provide a digital or printed copy of this signed Permit . The Permittee assumes all risk in the operation of this Permit and agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the State of New York, the Niagara Frontier Park Region, and the Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation, their officers, employees, agents and assigns from any and all claims, suits, losses, damage or injury to persons or property of whatsoever kind and nature, whether direct or indirect, arising out of the operation of this Permit , except those arising out of State Park s negligence or willful misconduct.
3 The Permittee further agrees to defend at its own cost and expense any action commenced for the purpose of asserting any claim of whatsoever character arising out of the operation of this Permit .
