Your Legal Rights UnderThese Limited WarrantiesThe warranties contained in this booklet are the onlyexpress warranties that FCA US LLC ( FCA US ) makesfor your warranties give you specificlegal rights. You may also have other rights that varyfrom state to example, you may have someimplied warranties, depending on the state where yourvehicle was sold or is implied warranties are limited, to the extentallowed by law, to the time periods covered by theexpress written warranties contained in this you use your vehicle primarily for business orcommercial purposes, then these implied warranties donot apply and FCA US completely disclaims them to theextent allowed by law.

What s Covered Under FCAUS LLC s Basic Limited WarrantyA. Who Is Covered?You are covered by the Basic Limited Warranty if youare a purchaser for use of the What s CoveredThe Basic Limited Warranty covers the cost of all partsand labor needed to repair any item on your vehiclewhen it left the manufacturing plant that is defective inmaterial, workmanship or factory preparation.

4 There isno list of covered parts since the only exception are tiresand Unwired headphones. You pay nothing for theserepairs. These warranty repairs or adjustments includ-ing all parts and labor connected with them will bemade by an authorized dealer at no charge, using new orremanufactured Items Covered By Other WarrantiesThe following are covered by separate warranties offeredby their makers. They arenot coveredby the BasicLimited Warranty: Tires; Unwired headphones; or Items added or changed after your vehicle left themanufacturing plant, such as accessories or protectionproducts, or items changed because of customizationor van sure you get a copy of any warranty that applies tothese items from an authorized dealer, or from the makerof the S COVERED UNDER FCA US LLC S WARRANTIES5D. Towing Costs Are Covered Under CertainCircumstancesThe Roadside Assistance covers the cost of towing yourvehicle to the nearest Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, or Ramauthorized dealer if your vehicle becomes disabled as aresult of a mechanical breakdown.

5 If you choose to go toanother dealership, you will be responsible for the cost ifthe extra distance exceeds ten miles. See Section forinformation on how to get towing service in the UnitedStates and When It BeginsThe Basic Limited Warranty begins on either of thefollowing dates, whichever is earlier: The date you take delivery of the vehicle; or The date when the vehicle was first put into service for example, as a dealer demo or as a FCA UScompany When It EndsThe Basic Limited Warranty lasts for 36 months from thedate it begins or for 36,000 miles on the odometer,whichever occurs first. But the following items arecovered only for 12 months or for 12,000 miles on theodometer, whichever occurs first: Brakes (rotors, pads, linings, and drums); Wiper Blades; Clutch Discs or Modular Clutch Assembly (asequipped); Windshield and Rear Window; and Wheel Alignment and Wheel S COVERED UNDER FCA US LLC S WARRANTIES6G. Who Is Covered?You are covered if you are a purchaser for use of What s CoveredThis warranty covers the cost of all parts and laborneeded to repair or replace any sheet metal panels thatget holes from rust or other corrosion. If a hole occursbecause of something other than corrosion, this warrantydoes not apply. Cosmetic or surface corrosion result-ing, for example, from stone chips or scratches in thepaint is not covered. For more details on what isn tcovered by this warranty, see How Long It LastsThe Corrosion Warranty starts when your Basic LimitedWarranty begins under warranty has two time-and-mileage limits: For sheet metal panels, the limit is 36 months, with nomileage limit.

10 What s Not Modifications Not CoveredA. Some Modifications Don t Void TheWarranties But Aren t CoveredCertain changes that you might make to your vehicle donot, by themselves, void the warranties described in thisbooklet. Examples of some of these changes are: Installing non-FCA US parts, components, or equip-ment (such as a non-FCA US radio or speed control);and Using special non-FCA US materials or your warranties don t cover any part that was noton your vehicle when it left the manufacturing plant or isnot certified for use on your vehicle. Nor do they coverthe costs of any repairs or adjustments that might becaused or needed because of the installation or use ofnon-FCA US parts, components, equipment, materials,or or racing parts are considered to benon-FCA US parts. Repairs or adjustments caused bytheir use are not covered under your of the types of alterations not covered are: Installing accessories except for genuine FCAUS/MOPAR accessories installed by an authorizedChrysler, Dodge, Jeep or Ram dealer; Applying rustproofing or other protection products; Changing the vehicle s configuration or dimensions,such as converting the vehicle into a limousine orfood service vehicle; or Using any refrigerant that FCA US has not Modifications That WILL Void YourWarrantiesThese actions will void your warranties: Disconnecting, tampering with, or altering the odom-eter will void your warranties, unless your repairingtechnician follows the legal requirements for repairingor replacing odometers.
