These details are published as a note via The Subject News To Change Password in LMSAll Online Quizzes need to be completed within the due week as specified within the subject outline and assessment period commences week 16 for two weeks and consists of written exams and online quizzes as well as any final assessments to be uploaded for will be closed on the following National Public Holidays.

4 This can be done by clicking on the Profile students are new to the Online Learning Management System (LMS), an email will be sent to them with their login details the Friday before their subject you are unable to attend the nominated exam date as published on the LMS, then you must submit a Deferred Examination Application form with supporting evidence, no later than three (3) working days after the PUBLISHED date of the exam/s. If students do not attend a nominated exam and do not submit a Deferred Examination Application form this will result in an automatic fail grade for the exam. The Deferred Examination Application form can be completed online via the Student Portal under the Links and Rescources tab. It is the Student s responsibility at all times to regularly check The Loop for important final examination updates and College does not conduct supervised examinations on campus.

5 Students who are unable, or do not wish, to use the respondus lockdown software can apply to have their examination invigilated by an external supervisor. Students applying to sit an examination with an external supervisor must submit the Nomination of External Exam Invigilator Form to at least one (1) Calendar month prior to the final exam PeriodAll written examinations will be performed using respondus lockdown browser and will be open in the LMS for a scheduled window of time; once started, examinations must be completed within the required exam timeframe. All written final exams will be scheduled during the two weeks following the date indicated on the Calendar overleaf, under the heading Exam Period Commences.
