Must be at least 18 years of age to purchase ticket(s), to be in the campground or on the drawing grounds at any time. NO exceptions! Only 10,000 tickets sold for this event. One 4-digit number per ticket; tickets numbered 0000 through 9999. Only one name per ticket. Mr. or Mrs. is acceptable;. but, multiple names per ticket are not permitted, as only one person can claim prize. Drawing subject to sale of 8,500 tickets. If the drawing is not held, ticket price will be returned to the ticket holder. Unsold tickets become the property of Ellenboro Volunteer Fire Department (hereafter shown as EVFD).

6 However, providing the event is held, ALL listed prizes will be given away. EVFD officials and their household family members are not eligible for this drawing. NEED NOT BE PRESENT TO WIN. If a winner is not present (pertains only to Noon through 7 PM prizes listed on 2022 flyer), they will be notified as to how and/or where to claim the prize. All prizes must be claimed within 15 days of the drawings; including any side raffles/drawings from the 2022 event. Ticket holder is responsible for checking winning numbers for all side raffles/drawings. Winners are announced and posted on the drawing grounds throughout the day of the event; as well as periodically uploaded to our website (subject to stable Internet service). In any case, the Winner's List will be on our website within a few days following the 2022 event. Extra prizes and 50/50 winners, sold separately on the day of the event, will be drawn at approximately 6 PM on that day, July 23, 2022.

7 Vehicle state sales tax, transfers and registration will be paid by EVFD; for listed prizes only (not applicable to SUMMER Bash extra prize drawings on the day of the SUMMER Bash). Some prizes will be available on the day of the drawing. Some prizes may require payment of Federal Taxes before the receipt of the prize. This will be the responsibility of the winner. ONLY the ticket holder whose name is on a winning ticket may claim the applicable prize. The holder of any SUMMER Bash ticket whose last 3 ticket numbers match the West Virginia Daily 3 Lottery numbers for 7:00 PM, Saturday, July 23, 2022, will win $1, (One Thousand Dollars); a total of ten winners. For example, if the WV Daily 3 numbers for that day are 1-2-3; tickets 0123, 1123, 2123 and so on, will be winning tickets. The 7:00 PM Grand Prize winner will be the holder of the 2022 ticket whose ticket number EXACTLY matches the West Virginia Daily 4 Lottery number for 7:00.

8 PM, Saturday, July 23, 2022. The 7:00 PM Grand Prize winner will win $100, (One Hundred Thousand Dollars). If this number (also pertains to the Daily 3 drawing) happens to be an unsold OR unreturned ticket, another number will be drawn until a sold ticket is drawn. All tickets are sealed. Mail orders are randomly drawn while at least two (2) EVFD personnel are present. EXCEPT for tickets purchased through an outside SELLER (SELLERS return stubs and payments to us), it is the Buyer's Responsibility to return the original, bottom stub portion of the entry ticket to EVFD. Without the stub, we have no way of knowing your number. It is VERY IMPORTANT that completed, bottom ticket stubs are returned to EVFD as quickly as possible; the earlier the better. In any case, all 2022 ticket stubs must be returned to EVFD by WEDNESDAY, June 1, 2022 in order to guarantee eligibility for the July 2022.

9 Drawings. When requested (per your 2022 order information), EVFD will open your ticket(s) and fill out the bottom stub portion(s) for you. In that case, you do not need to return anything to us upon receiving your order. Do not return the black & white copy we send to show you how your stub was completed; that is for your records only. EVFD reserves the right to complete your ticket stub if your order information is unclear (this also pertains to online orders). In this case, if necessary, please write or email EVFD to correct any ticket stub information. Change requests should be in writing, not by telephone. EVFD reserves the right to go to a back-up system and use whatever measures to complete this drawing and give away every prize. EVFD is not responsible for misprints on the tickets or flyers. In the unforeseen event a prize cannot be obtained, cash of equal value will be issued for that prize.

10 In the unforeseen event that two ticket numbers are identical, the first entrant entered will supersede the duplicate. In that case, we would issue another ticket to the second entrant, or refund their money. All gun winners must contact & claim their prize at Dodd's Sporting Goods, 103 North Maple Street, Ellenboro, WV, 26346, (304) 869-3200. All gun winners will be subject to a background check. Calibers range from 22-250 to 7mm. Gun winners may elect to receive cash of equal value. Check local laws to determine prize or cash of equal value.
