All Morgan horses entered in this competition must be registered with the American Morgan Horse Association or an organization having registry reciprocity. Horses must be entered under their full registered name or if under one year of age be eligible for registration. All American Saddlebred horses entered in this competition must be registered with the American Saddlebred Registry or the Canadian Livestock Records Corporation. They must be entered in their full registered names with registration numbers and under the names of the owner(s) of record with the or the 3. Exhibitors are notified that any act of discourtesy or disobedience to the Judge, Officials, or Management, on the part of owner, rider, trainer or groom shall disqualify the horse and rider and the owner shall forfeit entrance and other fees. 6. In amateur classes, all riders 18 years and over must possess a current Amateur certification issued by USEF or CEF or apply for a card at the show. 7. Amateur classes are restricted to adult riders (over 18 yrs of age) unless otherwise noted.

8 Classic division is exempted from the adult restriction. 8. First and Second place In-Hand horses must show back for In-Hand Championships. First and Second place Specialty (Hunter In-Hand, Western In-Hand, Classic In-Hand) must show back for Specialty In-Hand Championship. No entry fee for these In-Hand championships. 9. Horses must be nominated for championship classes prior to the session they are in, at which time name and descriptions of entries must be made in writing by the owner or agent. 10. Please be advised that the signatures of the exhibitor and/ or owner and the trainer indicate that they agree to abide by the USEF Rules. 11. Entries must be postmarked on or before May 1, 2018. Horses not entered prior to May 1st will be charged a $ late fee.

9 No post entry fees will be charged for horses duly entered that elect to enter additional classes. 12. Exhibitors may arrive anytime after 2:00 pm on Tuesday, May 22, 2018. Stalls are temporary with doors. Feed and bedding will be available for purchase on the grounds. Bedding may be preordered, please see the entry form. Stall fee: $110. Academy Horses only $ Showing off trailer $35. There will be NO overnight stabling in trailers. Additional nights stabling is $ per night. 13. Entries wishing to be stabled together MUST BE SUBMITTED TOGETHER. If entries warrant, tack stalls may be limited. 14. There is an office fee of $15 per horse. 15. Maiden, Novice and Limit classes are open to horses which have not won one/ three/six first place ribbons respectively, at Regular Competitions of the Federation or Equestrian Canada in the particular performance division or level in which they are shown.

10 Ribbons won in one-horse classes do not count in reckoning the maiden, novice or limit status of either horse and/ or rider/driver in any division 16. A Junior Exhibitor is a person who has not reached his/ her 18th birthday as of December 1, 2017. 17. Protective Headgear: See page in prize list addressing this issue. 18. NOTE: All horses entering the show must have a negative Coggins certificate (EIA). New York State horses must have a Coggins certificate for 2017 or 2018. Out of state horses and Canadian horses must have a Coggins certificate within 12 months. All out of state horses are required to have a health certificate dated within 30 days. Proof of Rabies vaccination must be presented for all horses.
