Administrativeauthority Aerobictreatmentunit meansadisposalsystememployingbacterialac tionwhichismaintainedbytheutilizationofa iroroxygenandincludestheaerationplantand equipmentandthemethodoffinaleffluentdisp osal. Approved meansacceptedoracceptableunderanapplicab lespecificationstatedorcitedintheserules oracceptedbytheadministrativeauthorityas suitablefortheproposeduse. Privatesewagedisposalsystem includes,butisnotlimitedto,septictanks,h oldingtanksforwaste,chemicaltoilets,impe rviousvaulttoiletsandportabletoilets. Professionalsoilanalysis meansanalternativetothepercolationtestwh ichdependsuponaknowledgeablepersonevalua tingthesoilcharacteristics,suchascolor,t exture,andstructure, ,suchastestingabsorptionqualitiesofsoilb ythephysicalexaminationofthesoil scolor,mottling,texture,structure,topogr aphy,andhillslopeposition.
7 Qualifiedsampler, ,meansoneofthefollowingpersons:acityorco untyenvironmentalIAC7/11/12 EnvironmentalProtection[567]Ch69, ;anIowa-certifiedwastewatertreatmentoper ator;oranindividualwhohasreceivedtrainin gapprovedbythedepartmenttoconducteffluen tsampling.
