It has been reviewed by the Judicial Council and the Conference of CIVIL Presiding Judges and is intended to promote uniform practices and procedures statewide. While this document reflects COURT policies existing as of the date of its preparation, in the event there is a conflict between its contents and any Rule or statement of policy issued by the Supreme COURT , the Judicial Council, or the Administrative Director of the Courts, that Rule or statement of policy, rather than this document, will be controlling.
