6 Formulation of waterborne acrylic AF 34 is an efficient defoamer for sealer application as shown in Figure 3 by roller application test. This is further supported by the density cup test which also shows that sealer with Pat-Add AF 34 has more density than reference, indicating less foam inclusion in the DA 603 provides excellent wetting and dispersion of extenders and sanding aids that gives optimum viscosity and long term stability to the sealer. Pat-Add Rheol 99 further optimises viscosity, anti sagging property and therefore prevents settling of heavy pigments in the system.
