Access to medical reports - British Medical Association
Access to Medical Reports Act 1988 and Access to Personal Files and Medical Reports (Northern Ireland) Order 1991 These pieces of legislation give patients the right to see medical reports written about them, for employment or insurance purposes, by a doctor who they usually see in a ‘normal’ doctor/patient capacity.
