1 Adult flag Football Registration form Epic Sports Center Indoor Adult League . flag Football games are played on Monday and Saturday nights; spill-over games are on the occasional Thursday or Friday. Saturday Leagues don't begin until Session II. A $200 deposit or payment in full must accompany this Registration form ; submission of this form does not imply final acceptance into the league.
