If not, please send your membership fee of $ US ($37 Canada or $50 overseas) for your membership in addition to the animal s registration fee. Send with two (2) photos, one of each side, size noted above. IF THE BREEDER wishes to register an animal directly to the new owner, breeder should list themselves as the breeder and new owner in the owner area. No additional transfer fees or forms required. If the BREEDER wishes to be listed as the first owner and THEN transfer to a new owner, the additional $ transfer fee and form are required.
