4 The Company does agree and hereby holds ICICI Bank harmless in respect of any claims/losses, damage, proceedings etc on account of the Bank acting on my/our instructions through CORPORATE Internet Banking facility in connection with the said Facility.(i) The authority/mandate as provided in Clause (g) above shall continue to be in force and effect until I/We expressly revoke the same by a notice in writing delivered to the Bank at its branch.
