3 Memorization is a plus as long as it does not become a deterrent in the flow of your Audition SHOW DATES: November 17, 18, 19 (2 shows), 2012 NO CONFLICTS ARE ACCEPTABLE beginning on October 30, 2012. NO CONFLICTS can occur that were not stated in the contract and approved by the director. 4 15, 16, 17) Rehearsals run from 3:30 until 6:30 PM most days, but please remain flexible. We must start rehearsal immediately at 3:30 pm. Cast members will also be required to attend a weekly (7-9 PM) pit rehearsal starting in October. Please be advised that if you have any conflicts, you must enter them on your contract form. Hiding conflicts will result in loss of role at the discretion of the director. There will be rehearsals on 11/6 [Election Day] & 11/12 [Veteran s Day]. 5 ** ALL CAST MEMBERS MUST ADHERE TO THEIRSIGNED CONTRACTS. Sign up for your Audition on the callboard (located outside the auditorium). Each Audition will consist of singing and reading for 4 minutes. Auditions are closed except for Call Backs which will be open only for those called back. Be at least 20 minutes early for your Audition time. Please utilize both days. If there are vacant spots earlier than your time, you will then be required to move up (no exceptions). If you have any scheduling difficulties or cannot attend on your day and time, you must call 801-5154 or email prior to your Audition time.
