1 bryan CITY COUNCIL SPECIAL JOINT MEETING EXECUTIVE SESSION AUGUST 3, 2016 bryan City Council President Tommy Morr and bryan City School District Board of Education President Ryan Miller presided over the meeting with the following Council members present: Keith Day, Judy Yahraus and Richard Hupe. Carrie Schlade was absent. bryan City School District Board members present were: Emily Ebaugh, Tom Lingvai, Glen Newcomer, and Cindra Keeler. Also present were: Mayor Doug Johnson, bryan City School District Superintendent Diana Savage, City Attorney Rhonda Fisher, Parks and Recreation Director Ben Dominique, City Engineer Brian Wieland, bryan City School District Treasurer Rob Rosswurm, and City Clerk-Treasurer Laura Rode. bryan City Council President Morr and bryan City School District Board President Miller called the Special Joint meeting to order at 7:00 in the Mayor s conference room at the Don North Municipal Building.
2 Mr. Day moved, Mr. Hupe seconded, to go into Executive Session to discuss the acquisition of property at 7:00 Roll call vote: all ayes; nays, none. Motion carried. Schlade absent. Asked to attend the Executive Session were: Mayor Johnson, bryan City School District Superintendent Savage, City Attorney Fisher, Parks and Recreation Director Dominique, City Engineer Wieland, bryan City School District Treasurer Rosswurm, bryan City School District Board members Miller, Newcomer, Lingvai, Ebaugh, and Keeler, as well as City Clerk-Treasurer Rode. Mrs. Yahraus moved, Mr. Hupe seconded, to adjourn Executive Session at 7:40 Roll call vote: all ayes; nays, none. Motion carried. Schlade absent. Mr. Day moved, Mrs. Yahraus seconded, to adjourn the Special meeting.
