1 BRYAN city COUNCIL . SPECIAL MEETING. JUNE 15, 2016. COUNCIL president Tommy Morr called the Special Meeting to order at 10:00 in the Mayor's conference room with the following members present: Richard Hupe, Keith Day, Carrie Schlade and Judy Yahraus. Also present were: Mayor Doug Johnson, city Attorney Rhonda Fisher, Deputy Clerk-Treasurer Patricia Buda, Account Clerk III Kay Reynolds, and Clerk-Treasurer Laura Rode. Also attending were: Michael Ryba and Dennis Bernaciak of Central Collection Agency. The purpose of the Special meeting was to discuss employment of personnel in Executive Session. Mr. Hupe moved, Mr. Day seconded, to go into Executive Session at 10:00 to discuss employment of personnel.
2 Roll call vote: all ayes; nays, none. Motion carried. Asked to attend were Mayor Johnson, city Attorney Fisher, Deputy Clerk-Treasurer Buda, Account Clerk III Reynolds, Mr. Ryba and Mr. Bernaciak from Central Collection Agency, and city Clerk-Treasurer Rode. Mr. Ryba and Mr. Bernaciak exited the meeting at 11:05 city Attorney Fisher exited the meeting at 11:22 Mr. Day moved, Mrs. Yahraus seconded, to adjourn the Executive Session at 11:55 Roll call vote: all ayes; nays, none.
