2 I/we agree that any facsimile transmission of this document stored by TFS/LFS in electronic or paper form shall constitute an original for all purposes of this form must be signed by the account holder and returned to Toyota Motor Credit Corporation ("TMCC") for us to the release of the Certificate of TITLE and TITLE transfer related documents. If the vehicle is leased, we can only sell the vehicle to the lessee or a licensed automobile dealer.
