(Found on pages 8 & 9)Standard Warranty (No Charge Period) Should an ACDelco Battery prove defective based on the ACDelco test procedures published in the 7A-100 Battery Catalog during the Standard Warranty period, the original retail user is entitled to a new ACDelco Battery of comparable performance at no charge.

9 If an ACDelco Battery is replaced under Warranty at no-charge to the customer, the newly replaced Battery will receive the remainder of the original Warranty . Consequently, in the event that the second Battery fails, the date of sale of the original retail purchase is to be used as the beginning date when calculating months of service.
