1 Directions:Initially soak neck band in water for 35-45 minutes (ice or icewater is never needed). As it soaks, distribute the crystals evenlythroughout the neck tie allowing the crystals to absorb waterequally and expand completely. Towel or drip dry and much soaking will cause the crystals to overexpandthrough the fabric. If this occurs, allow the neck band to dry alittle, rinse and you re ready to go! To keep the Cooling wrapcool, simply flip the product over while it is on your body -approximately one turn every 40 to 60 minutes andit just keeps Cooling . At the end of the day, rinse in cleanwater or hand wash with a mild soap and hang to air Cooling Wraps are made with a poly/cotton blendexterior that is easy to keep clean and is filled with a specialnontoxic crystal that rejects perspiration and other the Cooling band for 10-20 minutes rejuvenates itfor another full day s use.
