2 Yougive permission to us to contact the lienholder(s) for payoffinformation. If the payoff information that we obtain from thelienholder(s) differs from the amount disclosed in this Contract,you agree to pay the difference to us if the actual amount ofthe balance owed is greater than the amount listed in thisContract. If the actual amount of the balance owed is less thanthe amount listed in this Contract, then we will pay you thedifference. If you do not deliver the Trade-in Vehicle to us at the time ofthe initial appraisal, we may reappraise the Trade-in Vehiclewhen it is delivered to us. If the reappraised value is lower thanthe original appraisal, you can cancel this transaction as longas you have not taken delivery of the represent that (a) you are the sole true and lawful ownerof the Trade-in Vehicle, (b) the Trade-in Vehicle has never beentitled under any state or federal "brand" such as "defective,""rebuilt," "salvage," "flood," etc., (c) the mileage of theTrade-in Vehicle shown in this Contract is the actual mileage ofthe Trade-in Vehicle, (d) all emission control equipment is onthe Trade-in Vehicle and is in satisfactory working Order , and(e) the Trade-in Vehicle has not been damaged by collision orother event and repaired.

3 If any of these representations arenot true, we may elect to cancel the transaction. We may alsochoose to reappraise the Trade-in Vehicle and adjust the TotalBalance Due instead of cancelling the transaction. You agree toimmediately pay us the the event that you and we enterinto a retail installment contract for the financing of thepurchase of the Vehicle, the terms of the retail installmentcontract will control any inconsistencies between this Contractand the retail installment are purchasing the Vehicle based uponyour personal inspection, and are not relying upon any opinion,statement, promise or representation of the salesperson, or anyother of our employees that is not contained in the writtenagreements you are signing understand that the Vehicle may havesustained prior body damage and may have undergone priormechanical repairs during or after its manufacture, during orafter transit to us or while in the possession of prior owners to thisThe pronounsandrefer to each Buyer signing this Contract.
